Terms Of Design
By submitting the initial deposit, you are agreeing to the following terms of service:
Payment
Payment is accepted via PayPal, international bank transfer or cheque.
A deposit of 50% of the quoted price is due prior to the start of work. The remaining balance is due prior to the transfer of files to your server.
Revisions and Timeframe
You will have up to three rounds of revisions.
I will use the information you provide to create the initial design for the first round. It is important to be as detailed as possible with your information to ensure a timely process for both of us. The initial design will be available approximately two (2) weeks from your project start date. You will have one (1) week to submit revisions.
Revisions must be within the scope of the project.
I strive to provide timely service to all my clients, however, all times are estimates.
Start Date
Your start date will be provided once the initial deposit is paid. In the event you pay by cheque, your start date will be provided once your payment clears.
Communication
You agree that all communication will be done via email. Once your start date arrives, you must be available via email as much as possible in order to complete the project in a timely matter. It is likely that a few quick back and forth emails will be necessary. If your response is delayed, your project will move to the end of the design schedule. If you know you will be on holidays or will be away from your computer, please let me know prior to your start date.
Files and Images
It is your responsibility to ensure you have the right to use any and all files and images you give me. I am not liable or responsible for any file or image you provide for me.
Credit
I reserve the right to display an image of your site or screenshots of your completed project as examples to be included in my portfolio or any other site I own, as well as, provide the link to your site for full preview of my work. A text link giving credit to me for your website will be placed in the footer of your site.
Authorisation
You are required to provide me access to any hosting, domain, and/or CMS account information along with usernames and passwords for the sole purpose of installing and testing the website. In certain instances, usernames and passwords for other accounts may need to be provided in order to access special features on your site.
